a giant fireworks display fired this Saturday evening

A giant fireworks display will be fired at 10:30 p.m. from nine municipalities. It is an initiative of an artificer from Mornant, a town in the south of Lyon. Through this evening, he wanted to pay tribute to the nursing staff, on the front line during the coronavirus crisis, but also to allow the inhabitants of the community of communes of the Mornant region to spend a beautiful evening, after the cancellation of “Lac en Party”.

In this unprecedented health context, the fireworks will be fired over 35 kilometers and visible within a radius of 30 km. A nice way to end the summer, avoiding groupings. The first fire will be fired from the town of Saint-André-la-Côte, and the other towns will follow.

The towns from which the fires will be drawn: Saint-André-la-Côte, Mornant, Rontalon, Soucieu-en-Jarrest, Orliénas, Taluyers, Saint-Andéol-le-Château, Saint-Laurent-d’Agny and Saint- Maurice-sur-Dargoire (Chabanière).
