I did not say that it is up to the mayors to do the checks !!! Can you read? Now you are wrong, there is the DGCCRF which is empowered to carry out these checks and it is their job .. in the South, they do it, so why are they not doing their work here !! eh bin because they are few, and the State does not put more controllers.
