In a match held this Saturday afternoon, at Pavilhão da Luz, in Lisbon, balance was the dominant note throughout almost every 60 minutes, and the result at half-time (17-17) was already illustrative.
Benfica turned out to be more effective in the final part, even in the last move of the match: after blowing the horn, Petar Djordjic, in the direct transformation of a nine-meter free-kick, confirmed the red advantage.
Petar Djordjic ended up being quoted as the best scorer of the game, with 11 goals, followed by Ole Rahmel, with 10. On the Leo side, Francisco Tavares (7) and Pedro Valdés (6) stand out.
With this triumph by two goals difference, the reds still dream of finishing the championship in second place – the title is already in the hands of FC Porto -, having, for that, to win at Belenenses, in the last round, and wait for a slip by Sporting at the reception to Águas Santas.
