– How are you living your adventure at Shakhtar Donetsk, who invested €18 million in your signing from Benfica?
– It’s been a very good experience, at a big club, they received me well, in an important moment, playing good games. With the presence of the Brazilians, the adaptation turned out to be very good, very fast. The weather also helped, it wasn’t too cold.

– In 13 games, he has had almost as many minutes as in Benfica…
– I think it was very right, I wanted minutes, I wanted to feel important to the team.

– What did Benfica lack?
– At Benfica I dreamed of playing, but I felt that there was no confidence in my football, the desire to really count on me. When a player lacks confidence, he ends up earning much less than expected. I didn’t feel confident about the club to put me to play more minutes, I think that was the main factor.
