The 5.12 kWh battery starts instantly during power outages and can be recharged by solar panels.
The Chinese company Oukitel has released a light and efficient Abearl P5000 charging station. The manufacturer disclosed the characteristics of the device on the official website.
Abearl (a sub-brand of Oukitel) claims the P5000 battery has a capacity of 5.12 kWh and “the world’s highest energy density” and durability, withstanding 3,500 charge cycles. The power reserve of the station is enough to supply electricity to the equipment of a workshop or photo studio for several hours, as well as to charge a Tesla electric car for 38 km.
The output power of the station is 2200W, the input power is 1800W, which allows you to connect almost any household appliances to it: computers, TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, heaters, and so on. The built-in UPS mode during a power outage ensures the transfer of devices to run on battery in just 10ms.
Charging Abearl P5000 received 15 independent connectors, each of which can be connected to one device: USB connectors, sockets for AC and DC, an outlet for an electric car. You can charge the station from household power outlets or solar panels. With its characteristics, the station weighs only 50 kg, it can be carried by the handle, like a suitcase. From January 6, the Abearl P5000 will be available to order on Kickstarter.
“All batteries have passed a series of rigorous tests such as drop test, extremely high and low temperature, charge cycle test, etc. Basic industry standards are not enough, we must make sure that the P5000 is the safest powerhouse history,” said Abearl Research and Development Officer Ricky Johnson Gizchina.
