The commune of Hauterive (FR) was the victim of an unscrupulous municipal councilor, who resigned last year, revealed his executive on Wednesday. The lu, in charge of the Schools dicaster, is said to have used several tens of thousands of francs in the cash register. Almost 30,000 francs were stolen. This sum would come from the fund intended for youth activities and the organization of Saint-Nicolas, for which he was responsible.
Alerted last autumn, the prefect of the Sarine, Carl-Alex Ridor, reported the case to the Public Minister of the canton of Friborg, who opened a criminal procedure.
