An 18-year-old student stabbed a 16-year-old colleague at a school in Fânzeres, Gondomar this Monday, with “five blows” using a pocket knife, a source from the Territorial Command of GNR do Porto told DN. The victim was transported to São João Hospital, but is not at risk of life.
The disagreement between the two students happened around 10:30 and when the authorities arrived at the scene the aggressor had already fled. According to GNR, the two students will be friends, but a disagreement, originated for reasons still unknown, led the eldest to stab his colleague.
The attacker is identified and the authorities are concentrating efforts to locate him, but it should be a matter of time before they arrest him, since he lives in the area. “We know who it is. There are witnesses of what happened“, says the GNR.
