Pandemic causes boom in pastoral telephone worries

The reported positive corona tests in Austria are increasing every day, today we are at over 15,000. This is shown by a study that evaluated over eight million calls around the world.

“Help @ Covid” provides support with mental health problems

“Help @ Covid” is the name of an offer from the Innsbruck Medical University that aims to support adults with psychological or psychosomatic complaints in the corona pandemic. Short videos provide information on topics such as “Fears and Worries”, “Daily Structure” and “Mistakes and Guilt”. There are also tools such as questionnaires that people can use to assess their own condition and monitor the course of their exposure. “Help @ Covid” can be found online and also as an app for the Android and iOS operating systems.
