Withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Северодонецка will last for several days, as there are many divisions there.
This was stated by the head of the Severodonetsk regional military administration Roman Vlasenko in a comment. CNN.
“At the moment, the Ukrainian military is still in Severodonetsk. Now they are being withdrawn from the city. It started yesterday and will take several days, because there are many units there,” he said.
According to Vlasenko, 568 civilians are now hiding on the territory of the Azot plant.

Today, according to Vlasenko’s calculations, about 7-8 thousand inhabitants remain in Severodonetsk, and 10 thousand in Lisichansk. Before the large-scale invasion of Russia, 100 thousand people lived in each of these cities.
As UNIAN reported earlier today, the head of the Luhansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai said that the defenders of Severodonetsk received order to retreat to new positions. At the same time, neither the General Staff nor the Ministry of Defense have reported such an order yet.
