“Energy drinks can definitely harm the health of pregnant women, nursing mothers, and elderly people over the age of 70. They are not recommended for those who have diseases of the digestive, cardiovascular, nervous system and psyche. Immediate allergic reactions are also possible,” warns the biologist .
