“We really have no idea where Kacper is. His friends and the police have already searched a lot, even in Poland ”, says his roommate Vincent Frère. It raised the alarm on Friday. “I saw him for the last on Wednesday evening after work,” says Vincent Frère, who shared a house in Hasselt with Kastiop. “He said he went to sleep with his mother. On Friday a friend sent me how Kacper was doing. I thought he was still with his mother, but apparently he wasn’t there anymore. I tried to send him messages, but there was no answer. ”
Does Vincent have any idea why his roommate disappeared? “Kacper had difficult days due to the corona pandemic. He was everyone’s friend and greatly missed social contact. On a professional level, he also felt the pressure increase due to corona. When the measures were relaxed, things went better, but since the introduction of the curfew, he spent a lot of time in his room and only spoke to his mother. Although we live on the hope that he shows up, that he only needed to get away from it all. We can only hope for the best. “But for the moment there is no starting point.”
Campagne Child Focus
Przybylski has grown in recent years with his energetic commentary into one of the most famous Flemish on YouTube. His channel has 290,000 subscribers, so Kastiop is a real BV for many young people without ever appearing on the television screen. The last time he uploaded a video is now two weeks ago, which is a long silence on the video channel.
Although he is already 22 years old, Child Focus also distributed a poster. “In principle, we only send out messages of disappearances up to and including 18 years old. Is the disappearance alarming, we post up to the age of 25 ”, responds Child Focus spokesperson Stephan Smets. “We know through the police and the public prosecutor’s office that this disappearance is completely out of the ordinary.”
For a moment it was thought that Kastiop’s disappearance was a stunt. Part of a Child Focus campaign on the dangers of gaming in which he worked as an ambassador and which was to be launched on October 29. . “He is known for his humor, but we also want to ask his fans to take this seriously and to help search,” says Vincent Frère to help clear the world from confusion.
