We get vaccinated against K-19 every year

Spanish Health Minister Carolina Darias has announced for the first time since the pandemic began that humanity will have to be vaccinated against COVID-19 every year and that a third dose will be needed in 2021. She made this statement during a radio interview Zero Wave.

“We will be vaccinated every year. In addition, it seems that we will have to give another dose this year,” the minister commented. However, she did not specify when the third injection should be given.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) explained in July that a third vaccine was still being studied.

“It is too early to decide whether a booster dose will be needed. There are not enough data from vaccination and research campaigns to know how long protection against Covid-19 will last after two doses,” the EMA said.

The World Health Organization (WHO) also ruled on July 15. “Currently, the data do not justify the booster dose,” the WHO said.

In addition, this body indicated that a third vaccine would increase inequality, as many countries are unable to inoculate their vulnerable groups with even a single dose of two-dose RNA vaccines.
