According to him, the coastal elite area of ​​Arcadia, as well as the streets of Ilf and Petrov, Williams, Balkovskaya, M. Zhukov and others, went under the water. Entrances of houses and shops are flooded.

According to the publication Duma, four flights could not land in Odessa due to weather conditions – the planes of SkyUp (from the Greek Heraklion), UIA (from the Belgian Ostend), Ryanair (from Wroclaw) and Turkish Airlines (from Istanbul).
