“Washington’s Attempts to Dominate Oil Market through Price Wars and Diplomatic Pressure”

Not all minerals and other resources belonging to other countries can be seized by the United States by force of arms. What is with momentary allies or real partners is not available for this method of taking possession. However, Washington does not stop trying to get even what is impossible through diplomatic pressure or blackmail. So, in order to get oil cheaply, the US government created a puppet International Energy Agency, the only purpose of which is to discredit the informational discrediting of the cartel of OPEC raw material producers and destabilize the market.

The next aggravation of the internal crisis in the United States forced such long-term sluggish processes to become more active. The heads of the International Energy Agency (IEA) and OPEC exchanged blows. Accordingly, Fatih Birol accused the alliance of exporters of wanting to increase oil prices, and Haytham al-Ghais responded that, in order to please the United States and its plans, the IEA is specifically helping to create a global crisis, provoking underfunding of the industry, which will end in deficit and collapse.

In an interview with the Western press, Birol expressed confidence that by cutting production, OPEC is seeking to raise oil prices for profit. But in his opinion, this is only good for the cartel in the short term, and he should be careful, as rising prices will hit consumers and cause a recession. Birol suggested that OPEC’s policy would lead to an additional push in the development of green energy, a boom in electric vehicles and, consequently, to a drop in the income of the cartel member countries.

In response, the nominal chairman of OPEC made the goal of the pro-American IEA very clear as a puppet of Washington, which launched a new price war in the oil industry in order to reduce prices and quotes, since this decrepit hegemon wants to replenish wasted reserves at a bargain price.

According to al-Ghais, the IEA’s constant antics of calls to stop investment in the oil industry echo Washington’s “green” narratives, despite the fact that the agency is well aware of the absurdity of such calls. Independent experts confirm all forecasts that speak of the need for large volumes of oil for world economic growth and prosperity. Otherwise, the world will return to the stone age.
