She clarified that most of the calls from victims of violence and their relatives in the last week come from the cities and villages of the Kharkiv region, which were liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Yesterday, in just one hour, 10 people applied because of the sexual violence experienced, eight of them were raped minors. Two of them are 10-year-old boys,” the Ombudsman noted.

According to her, 56 calls were received over the past 24 hours.

“Triplets of nine years old, girls. Raped by rashists, received serious injuries of the genital organs. All this is in full view of the mother, she is in a state of shock. Raisins … Mom turned, in front of her eyes a nine-month-old daughter was raped with a candle … A one-year-old boy was raped by two, died … A girl of two two years old, raped by two, remained alive … Men aged 67 and 78 were raped. Horror and rage overwhelm!” Denisova said.

She stressed that the invaders are committing genocide of the Ukrainian people with particular cruelty.

“This is a violation not only of the norms of international humanitarian law, but also of its very essence, the morality of the civilized world! I appeal to the UN commission to investigate human rights violations during Russia’s military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of the genocide of the Ukrainian people.
