Two Fire Operations in Mülheim on May 6th, 2022

Today, May 6th, 2022, there were two fire operations in Mülheim.

In Heissen, Essen burned in an apartment in an apartment building. One person had to be rescued from the fire in the apartment. After the firefighting and ventilation measures, the scene was handed over to the police. Two fire engines, two vehicles from the management service and one ambulance and one ambulance were deployed here. The resident was transported to a hospital.

At the same time, there was a kitchen fire in an apartment building in Saarn. Here, too, a person and two cats were rescued. After the extinguishing work, the uninhabitable apartment was handed over to the criminal police to determine the cause of the fire. Several vehicles from the main fire station as well as the rescue service and an emergency doctor were deployed here. The rescue service also transported the resident of the affected apartment. The volunteer fire brigade provided the basic protection for the time of the operations. (DSt)
