It is determined by the Kenosha Country Circuit Court, writes CNN.
Police are said to have stopped a man who identified himself as a freelance producer and explained that he had been instructed by his client, the TV channel MSNBC, to follow a bus with jury members. This is said to have happened on Wednesday after the Kyle Rittenhouse murder case had been up in court.
Judge Bruce Schroeder reacts strongly to the incident that led to the closure of the TV channel.
– I do not know what the final truth in this is, but that someone follows the jury bus is extremely serious, he says.
In a statement from NBC News, which owns MSNBC, they apologized for the incident and said they would cooperate with the authorities, writes LA Times.
The incident will not affect NBC News’ coverage of the case, the company still has access to the video transmissions from the case.

Kyle Rittenhouse (18) shot three people when he was 17 years old and now risks life in prison. Two of the men he shot were killed, a third injured. Rittenhouse claims he acted in self-defense after being chased and threatened.
The incident happened last summer when there were large demonstrations against police violence and racism in the town of Kenosha in Wisconsin after a white police officer had shot an African-American great-grandfather.
Rittenhouse, who hails from Antioch in neighboring Illinois, had a semi-automatic rifle with him when he went to Kenosha, Wisconsin, half an hour away. He is charged with attempted murder and for endangering other people.
