Al-Marsad Newspaper: Al-Ekhbariya channel reporter revealed new details about the collapse of a building under construction in Najran, which caused the death of two people and the injury of two others.
The reporter said that the Civil Defense Chamber received a report this afternoon stating that there was a collapse in the civil center building of the “Habuna” municipality.
He added, “Civil defense and Red Crescent mechanisms rushed, and intervention forces were called quickly to help in this incident.”
He continued, “It turned out that there was a collapse in the ceiling of one of the halls, and the building was almost finished, and it had not been handed over by the contractor, and with regard to the injuries, the civil defense rushed to pull them out from under the rubble.”
He concluded: “The accident resulted in the death of two people, and two injuries, one of them seriously, and the injured were transferred to Habona General Hospital, and the investigation is still underway by the competent authorities to find out the reasons for this accident.”
