They made a new delivery of credits and lots with services in La Plata and Berisso

The Secretary of Territorial Development, Luciano Scatolini, on behalf of the Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat led by Jorge Ferraresi, led a new delivery of lots with services from the Procrear II program and Casa Propia construction credits. Scatolini said at the ceremony: “We thank you for your trust in the State, in a policy carried out by President Alberto Fernández and it has to do with housing, with being able to fulfill the dream of owning a home. “Since Procrear was relaunched, in La Plata there have been thousands of benefited families, accessing a right and that these resources are in their hands so that they can decide how to make their home, how to invest, who to hire and ultimately be able to improve their quality of life”, added the official in charge of the program.

The Berisso beneficiaries joined the 540 who had already received a loan to build or improve their house and the 154 lots delivered in that Party.

In La Plata, 2,889 families had already been awarded a loan from the different lines of the Program and another 403 had access to a lot on the San Carlos property. “With these initiatives, in addition, thousands of direct jobs are generated and the economy of the municipalities is mobilized,” said spokesmen for the ministry after the act

In his turn, the provincial deputy Ariel Archanco valued “that many residents of La Plata can build their home” and considered that it is “one of the most important public policies”.

In his turn, Marotte pointed out: “These deliveries have to do with a housing policy, with the decision to recover a virtuous program such as Procrear. For the management headed by Fabián Cagliardi, it is a priority to be able to bring this initiative closer to the neighbors. From there, our satisfaction with the task accomplished and the obligation to continue expanding this project”.

At the end, Scatolini recalled that these credits “have the Own House formula so that the fee can be adjusted to their salaries and give them greater predictability.”

“Likewise, they will quickly receive 95% of the resources to be able to project the work and the stages, in addition to having special discounts for Procrear II. They also have 40 models of homes of the highest quality for them to choose from,” he concluded. .
