Netflix announced the contents that will be in force on its platform from July 1, 2020 and with which it will surprise its millions of users worldwide with new productions: series, films, documentaries, which have been great successes.
Among the premieres is the second season of The Cable Girls finale, as well as Vis a Vis, Damn. These are some of the productions that will be in force next month.
Damn
This is a production that takes a new look at the legend of King Arthur, focusing on Nimue, a warrior who joins the mercenary -and then monarch- to find the magician Merlin.
Inspired by Frank Miller’s graphic novel (famous for ‘Sin City’ and ‘300’, among others), this production stars Katherine Langford (‘For 13 Reasons’). The series will be available from July 17.
The Cable Girls
One of the series that is already considered a classic within the Spanish productions of the platform returns to close the cycle of its last season.
Lidia faces more dangerous challenges before the power of an eternal antagonist who will do everything possible to break her. However, this will only enhance her defiant attitude against the regime imposed by General Francisco Franco. It can be seen from July 3.
Ju-On: origins
Inspired by a mythical franchise from Eastern horror cinema, the series revolves around the events that shaped the story of a curse and a series of paranormal events in a house in Japan.
Precisely, an investigator of these phenomena decides to carry out an investigation to give an explanation to the paranormal experiences that a mother and her son suffered in that place. This six-episode series premieres on July 3.
Vis a Vis: el oasis
After stealing jewelry for years, Zulema and Macarena recruit four women for a spectacular robbery during a wedding in a family linked to drug trafficking.
It is a ‘last blow’ before retirement, but as usually happens, everything will get more complicated.
The production has the performance of Maggie Civantos, as Macarena Ferreiro Molina, along with Najwa Nimri, in the role of Zulema Zahir. Premiere on July 31.

A canine mind
Oliver is a 12-year-old genius who discovers how to listen to what his dog thinks and joins forces with him to keep his family together. Premiere on July 3.
