The Confederation Leaders’ Council published a social media announcement after the first round of presidential elections. According to exit poll results, the candidate of this group Krzysztof Bosak won 7.4 percent. and took fourth place.
“The Confederation Leaders’ Council congratulates the results and thanks Krzysztof Bosak, the staff of our candidate and all circles, activists and supporters for their involvement in the election campaign for several months” – was written in a statement.
It was added that “the enthusiasm and effort that accompanied the Confederate candidate during this campaign is the next step in the great political change that we started last year.”
In the second round of presidential elections, the Confederation “encourages its supporters to vote in accordance with their conscience and reason.”
“We would like to inform you that the Confederation does not support any of the candidates for the office of the President of the Republic of Poland who will compete in the second round of presidential elections” – the press reads.
The second round will take place on July 12. Andrzej Duda and Rafał Trzaskowski will compete in it.
