The Theater am Park (TaP) will premiere their piece on Saturday, October 21st at the Youth and Cultural Center “The stuffed animal kidnapping” by Kai Hinkelmann. Additional performances are scheduled for Sunday, October 22nd, and Saturday and Sunday, October 28th and 29th. The performances start at 7 p.m. on Saturdays and at 6 p.m. on Sundays.
The content of the piece is about two women, Sophie and Sonja. They have fulfilled their long-held dream: their own stuffed animal shop. They just can’t get to their goods. They simply don’t have the money to clear the stuffed animals at customs. Under alcohol influence They decide to kidnap the owner of the bank that denies them any credit – it gets exciting for the audience.
Unexpected complications
However, they themselves become victims of blackmail, also get into a fight with the police and ultimately don’t even know who they actually wanted to kidnap – and who they didn’t.
