jpnn.com, JAKARTA – The National Police have arrested Moch Subchi Al Tsani (MSAT) alias Mas Bechi, 42, the son of a Jombang kiai who is a suspect in the sexual abuse case against a student at the Shiddiqiyah Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, East Java. The total number of victims so far is five.
Head of the Information Bureau (Karopenmas) of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan said there were five female students who were victims of Bechi’s immoral acts, one of whom had the initials MN.
“The victim is Sister MN along with four other victims,” said Ramadhan at the National Police Headquarters, Friday (8/7).
The high-ranking police officer said: Mas Bechi committed his depraved acts against the victim of MN twice.
The first time was held on Monday 8 May 2017 at 11.00 WIB and the second action was on 18 May 2017 at 23.00 WIB.
“The second action was carried out ten days later in the Cokro Kembang hut, which is located in the area of the Cinta Tanah Air Islamic Boarding School, Jombang Regency,” he explained.
In this case, the police confiscated a number of evidences, such as two long skirts, two headscarves, two uniforms, one T-shirt, and three letters of dismissal from IMP and MQ students.
Investigators have also examined 36 witnesses and eight expert witnesses.
