The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 is a premium tablet, it is there to compete with the mastodon that is the iPad Pro. In terms of its design, we find the same high-end feeling as with the Apple tablet. We have a screen with fine bezels, impeccable build quality with a metal body and the whole thing really offers a premium feel.
The huge highlight of this tablet is its Super AMOLED screen with a definition of 2560 x 1600 pixels compatible with HDR 10+. It offers excellent color reproduction, infinite contrast and a fingerprint sensor is hidden under it.
As for the Galaxy Note, this Galaxy Tab S6 includes an S Pen. The stylus imagined by the Korean offers real added value thanks to the features it brings. It offers excellent sensations when you “doodle” on it by providing a sensation similar to writing on paper. The downside remains its magnetic storage at the back of the Tab S6 which creates an outgrowth that can be practical for placing it on a table.
With a Snapdragon 855 SoC, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, the tablet delivers high-end performance. With the 7,040mAh battery, you should take a day or two away from its USB-C charger.
Finally, the tablet incorporates a fairly anecdotal dual photo sensor. The 13 MP wide-angle and 5 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor take great shots when the conditions are right, but don’t imagine taking it with you for big photoshoots, because you’ll be quickly disappointed.
