Blood supplies are at a minimum in the department and throughout France.
The French blood institute raises the alarm for the end of the year. Every day, 1,500 donations are missing in the country to meet the demand.
For nearly a month, EFS blood drives have seen a steep decline in attendance. The organization asks “a population blowout, essential for continued patient care”.
Donation Center at Confluence
As a reminder, you can donate directly to the Maison du don, located in Lyon Confluence (3 Cours Charlemagne) from Monday to Friday (8am to 7pm) and Saturday morning (9am to 1pm).
Several mobile collections are also organized in the department.
