All the clubs received on Tuesday a letter from the National Direction of Management Control (DNCG) of the Professional Football League signed by its president, Jean-Marc Mickeler. It has since been widely commented on on the leaders’ whatsapp groups and it is an understatement to say that it has not been well received by a large part of the clubs.
