There’s ROG Vision! ASUS official version ROG Phone 6D and ROG Phone 6D Ultimate

Gadgetren – Not long ago, ASUS released its latest series of gaming mobile phones ASUS ROG 6 phoneNow, ASUS has released two more new gaming phones through the ASUS ROG Phone 6D series.

This ASUS ROG Phone 6D also has two models, namely the standard ROG Phone 6D and the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate. Both of these gaming devices each offer the same color variant, Space Gray.

As for the price, the ROG Phone 6D retails for around £ 799 in the European market, or the equivalent of Rp. 13.6 million. As for the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, it costs around £ 1,199 or the equivalent of Rp. 20.5 million with the AeroActive Cooler 6 accessory package.

These two gaming devices basically have a lot in common in all aspects of their specs. The difference is in the design of the rear shell, in the weight and variants of RAM and in the internal storage capacity.

ROG 6D Ultimate phone carrying ROG Vision on the back of the case, which is a 2-inch OLED panel capable of displaying various colorful animations such as ROG eyes and more personal information with up to six customizations such as cell phone battery status, notifications and more.

Instead ROG 6D phone on the rear body only the built-in RGB lighting is colored by displaying the ROG eye logo. While the weight of the ROG Phone 6D is 239 grams lighter than the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate of 247 grams.


So the storage capacity of the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate supports 512GB, which is bigger than the ROG Phone 6D which is only 256GB. However, they both have a capacity of 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

The rest of these two gaming devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ Octa-Core (4nm) chipset. Both operating systems run Android 12. The batteries also have a capacity of 6,000mAh which is equipped with a 65W fast charging function.

In addition, both screens are equipped with a 6.78-inch Samsung AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution (2,448 x 1,080 pixels) and support a refresh rate of 165 Hz, a response time of 1 ms and are protected by a layer scratch resistant by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.


In the camera industry, both are fascinating with a triple rear camera setup in the form of a 50MP main lens with a Sony IMX766 sensor, a 13MP wide angle lens, and a 5MP macro lens. For the front camera, use a 12MP lens.

Video recording with the rear cameras of these two phones can achieve 8K UHD resolution. Both are also equipped with Dirac HD Sound and Hi-Res Audio certified speaker support and feature three microphones with ASUS Noise Reduction Technology functionality.

Other support features are also quite comprehensive, such as WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Dual SIM, NFC, GPS, 5G, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
