Actor James Cromwell (82) has been a self-confessed vegan since the 1990s. As part of a PETA campaign, the “A Pig Called Babe” star has now caused a lot of excitement. The 82-year-old met other activists in a Starbucks branch in New York taped to a counterto against the Price increase of milk substitutes to protest. “In France, these things are available at no extra cost. James Cromwell has been a vegetarian since 1974. In 1995 he played the farmer Arthur Hoggett in ‘A Pig Called Babe’ and was nominated for an Oscar for ‘Best Supporting Actor.’ He then became vegan during filming.
