What happened?
A controversial reason would have had a great weight in the decision of the Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom to accept the marriage between the prince harry, her grandson, and the American exactriz Meghan Markle.

Meghan against racism
Meghan de Sussex, 38 years, was born in the city of Los Angeles California, and is the daughter of Thomas Markle, a white man of British and Dutch descent, and of Doria Ragland, an African American woman.
Markle has participated in some advertising campaigns against racism, in which she confessed that she and her mother have been insulted for their skin color, detailing that even her mother was once offended with the “Word with N”, referring to the term ‘nigger’, considered a serious racial slur in the United States.
