And contrary to what could be interpreted as an act of insecurity or organized crime, everything seems to indicate that behind this case there is a pact of friendship.

It all started when the body of a woman around 59 years old was found inside the suitcase. Although in the first moments of the investigation it was thought that it was part of a crime, as time went by the story took an unexpected turn because videos from cameras in the area showed that a supposed elderly nun was the one who left suitcase.

In a recording that is currently circulating on different social networks, it has been possible to observe the way in which a woman in a tunic was walking through the Chilean streets dragging and leaving in a corner the suitcase that was later found with the remains of another woman. What was it that happened?

It turns out that after talking with residents of the region, the case investigators managed to identify a house where three people lived. Among them was Lorenza Ramírez—the 80-year-old adult who left the suitcase—as well as her daughter, a nun who recently arrived in the South American country from Italy.

This is how, after interrogating these people, the authorities discovered that behind the woman’s remains in the suitcase, there was a strange pact of friendship.

According to journalistic information, the remains found belonged to a woman identified by the name of Erica Fernández, who had died since April 2023. Juan Fonseca, head of the Homicide Brigade of the Metropolitan Region, has announced that said woman She was sick and it was Mrs. Lorenza Ramírez, who took care of her until her last days.

However, both women—whom they even claim could have had a romantic relationship—made a pact of friendship that they should carry out even after death. This agreement was that neither of them was going to report the death of the other as soon as it happened.
