Suspect Shoots from Car, Injuring Teen in Bronx – NBC New York

Authorities are on the trail of the driver who allegedly fired shots from his car, striking a 17-year-old in the abdomen in the Bronx, New York City Police said.

According to the uniformed officer, the shooting occurred on Thursday, April 21, at about 2:38 am when a suspect, who was driving a white BMW Sedan, approached a group that was in front of 670 Castle Hill Avenue and fired about twice from the car before fleeing.

A 17-year-old man was injured in the abdomen and was transported to hospital in stable condition, police said.
