Suspect of inappropriately touching several women in NYC, including minors, arrested – Telemundo New York (47)

NEW YORK – Authorities arrested the suspect of inappropriately touching multiple women in New York City, including two minors.

James White, 37, received multiple charges of forced touching (private parts), acting in a manner detrimental to a minor, and sexual abuse (victim under the age of 13).

Most of the reported cases occurred in August.

The first, reported on August 21 at about 4:45 p.m., occurred in the area of Centre Street and Broom Street in Manhattan when the defendant allegedly approached a 31-year-old woman and grabbed her breast.

He would have committed the same act on August 26, at around 4:20 pm, but against a minor under 15 years of age in the area of Hester Street and Eldridge Street, also in Manhattan.

This same day, a few minutes later, he would have touched the breast of a 20-year-old woman in the same area, in 315 Grand Avenue, and around 5:40 pm an 11-year-old girl would have become her next victim with the same action in the area of East 6th Street and Avenue A.

The authorities did not release details of how his capture would have been and about more victims.
