The porn actress known as Stormy Daniels must pay $122,000 of legal fees of Donald Trump that accrued in the failed defamation lawsuit.
The opinion of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit of the United States was who sided with the former presidentwho was accused of having paid the adult film star in exchange for his silence.
Stephanie Clifford, better known as Stormy Daniels, sued Trump in 2018 after he called it a “total scam” and allegedly threatened him in a parking lot so he wouldn’t talk about their romance.
In fact, the woman claimed that the former president paid her $130,000 during the 2016 campaign so that she would not talk about the relationship.
On Tuesday, April 4, a commissioner ruled that Trump’s lawyers spent more than 183 hours on an appeal of the case.

Therefore, Daniels will have to pay more than 600,000 dollars, according to Harmeet Dillon, one of his lawyers in the case, on his Twitter account.
In addition, the $122,000 is added to the $500,000 the actress was previously ordered to pay, which Daniels has refused to pay.
“I’ll go to jail before paying a penny,” he said at the time.
