The Parish of Patrocinio de San José, in the neighborhood of the same name, has been chosen as a special place of grace in Talavera, to win the jubilee of the Holy Year of San José. The Jubilee Year is called on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the declaration of Saint Joseph as Patron of the Universal Church, being Pope Francis who has summoned it from December 8, 2020 to December 8, 2021.
In the diocese of Toledo there are only two parishes dedicated to San José, that of San José Obrero in Toledo, and that of the Patrocinio neighborhood, in Talavera, which will be the places where the jubilee, grace or indulgence can be won. plenary.

Likewise, there will also be special days throughout this year, all of them related to the saint.
