A four-year-old boy is in critical condition following a fire in Brooklyn early Monday.

According to reports, the emergency call came before 1:30 a.m.
Flames broke out on the top floor of a three-story house on Pitkin Avenue and Barbey Street in East New York.
Three adults were also taken to the hospital, among them is a 73-year-old woman.
All victims, including the minor, are expected to recover.
So far the causes of the fire are unknown.
