Three men appear in court from Monday for the attempted armed robbery of a Super U store, August 3, 2017 in Saint-Paul. One of the accused did not hesitate to shoot the guard, seriously injuring him.

Indicted in September 2018, for these facts, they were joined two months later by Charles Latchimy Peroumal, 47, suspected of having played the role of the lookout. But the latter disputes any participation in the case, for which he and Ludovic Fontaine incur 20 years of criminal imprisonment. Prosecuted for the attempted homicide on the vigil, Anthony Robert incurs a sentence of 30 years. A verdict is expected on Friday.

Defended by the Bâtonnier Georges-André Hoareau, Me Jean-Jacques Morel and Me Sébastien Navarro, the three men must also answer for two other facts of a criminal nature, discovered during the investigation.
