1. Almond

Consumption of whole almonds is often associated with health benefits due to their dense nutrient, nutrient and mineral content. A whole almond contains protein, vitamins and minerals; which is very important to build strengthen immunity.

According to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, it was shown that people who ate almonds at least seven times a week experienced a 20% lower mortality.
