Record Transaction Rp 23 T! List the 10 Most Busy Trading Stocks

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed with an appreciation of 0.45% to 5,841.82 on Thursday’s trading (27/5/21) and scored a daily transaction value of Rp. 23 trillion, one of the highest this year.

Trade data showed that the increase in the JCI occurred following optimism that Indonesia’s economy would recover in the second quarter of this year.

Referring to the IDX trading data, the JCI actually traded with a 1% increase and even touched the level of 5,900.

It’s just that in the pre-closing session, giant banking stocks fell into the red zone and put pressure on the JCI. There was a massive selling action from foreign investors on the shares of Indonesia’s top banks.

Meanwhile, today’s transaction value is classified as busy at Rp 22.9 trillion, with a trading volume of 25.34 billion shares with a frequency of 1.20 million transactions. It was observed that foreign investors sold a net Rp 290 billion in the regular market.

There were 294 stocks appreciated, 209 corrected, the remaining 138 were stagnant.

IDX data noted that the shares of BBCA and BBRI, which had been flying high, suddenly corrected by 1.34% and 2.71%, respectively. Foreigners bought shares in BBCA amounting to Rp 140 billion and PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) Rp 152 billion.

Meanwhile, foreign net sales were made in shares of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) which sold for Rp. 179 billion and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) which was sold for Rp. 392 billion.
