The commercial was published on the players’ social networks, where each of them shared their story accompanied by a short text.
Rebeca Bernal said that she had to start playing with children from a very early age, which helped her overcome her insecurities.
For her part, Alisson González explained that her parents wanted her to be a gymnast, but her grandparents took her to practice soccer and she discovered her passion.
Lizbeth Ovalle pointed out that she had to endure comments that claimed that soccer is not a sport for women, which motivated her to face her fears.
Furthermore, Nancy Antonio said that her parents made her choose between celebrating her 15th birthday or playing soccer.
