From Tuesday, December 7, Kiev is moving into the “yellow” quarantine zone. At the same time, restrictions on transport and shopping and entertainment centers (SEC) remain.

As noted in the Kyiv City State Administration, in the conditions of the “yellow” quarantine zone, the shopping and entertainment center can only be visited if there is a negative PCR test, a “green” certificate of vaccination or a certificate of the transferred coronavirus. An exception is made for persons under the age of 18. They can only visit the centers if accompanied by an adult.
Public transport
Passengers will be able to use public transport if they have a “yellow” or “green” COVID certificate, a negative PCR test or a document on recovery from coronavirus.
Control over the observance of the established restrictions is entrusted to the district administrations of the capital, the National Police, the State Consumer Service and the municipal enterprise “Municipal Varta”.
