Ways to prevent diabetes

– Follow a suitable diet rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins.

– Maintaining weight.

– Not being exposed to obesity.

– Avoid eating fast food, which causes the accumulation of fat in the body and exposes you to obesity.

– The necessity of constantly practicing sports activities, especially walking for adults, while for children, parents must encourage their children to practice any type of sports, whether swimming, football, or other sports, so that they are not exposed to the risk of obesity.
