Police arrest man who beat teen in Medan, North Sumatra (North Sumatra). The police showed a man with the initials HSM who had been named a suspect.
Monitoring detik.com, Saturday (12/25/2021), HSM was taken to the Medan Polrestabes Patriatama Hall at 12:44 WIB. He was wearing a gray shirt and trousers.
Wearing a white mask, he sat in a chair guarded by two female police officers in brown clothes.
Medan Police Station plans to hold the release of the beating case at noon today.
HSM, who is also a cadre of the PDIP Cakra Buana Task Force, was reportedly arrested on Friday (12/24).
“Yes, it has been secured,” said Head of North Sumatra Police Public Relations Kombes Hadi Wahyudi when asked for confirmation, Friday (12/24).
Hadi has not explained in detail the chronology of the man’s arrest. Hadi admitted that currently officers are examining the Cakra Buana PDIP cadre.
Beating Chronology
Previously, viewed detik.comIn the video, a black car can be seen entering the front area of a mini market. The car then hit a motorbike that was parked in front of it.
After the car stopped, a woman got out of the car and entered the mini market. Not long after, a man wearing a black cap came out of the convenience store. He looked like he was talking to the driver of the car.
The driver who was wearing a white shirt then approached the caped man. He immediately hit the man in the face until his cap fell.
Not only that, the driver kicked and hit the man in the hat. The beaten man did not appear to retaliate.
The uploader said the location of the incident was in a mini market not far from a private school in Medan. The uploader said the car driver did his action because he didn’t want to back the car so that the motorbike in front came out.
Then, the victim made a report to the Medan Police. The police examined four witnesses to the incident. Police also named the driver of the car as a suspect.
