Plaza Las Americas and Plaza del Caribe announce new extended hours

Plaza Las Americas and Plaza Del Caribe announced today the extension of the hours of operation and a new visits block of 6 hours through the reservation system SQUARE App as of Tuesday, June 16, pursuant to the new executive order 2020-044.

“Starting this Tuesday, the new hours at both malls is 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Saturday, and from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sundays starting June 21. Next Sunday is Fathers Day, so that both shopping centers will remain closed”, said in a written communication Franklin Domenech, General Manager of Plaza Las Americas.

Similarly, Edwin Tavárez, General Manager of Plaza Del Caribe, explained that “the periods or blocks designated to book their visits in both malls in the SQUARE App have been modified. Visitors will now be able to select blocks of visits:9: 00 am to 3:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays the period of the visit will be from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on each reservation,” he said.

Open up more entrances to the shopping center

To facilitate the accesses for lunch or dinner on the The Deck area of each shopping center, both Plaza Las Americas-Plaza Del Caribe opened the doors closest to this area, with easy entry and exit to the parking lot and following the same protocols established in other entries.

In the case of Plaza Del Caribe, was also added public access for the entry of Banco Popular, to get more easily to the area of Macy’s and the hall of the expansion. All access doors to both shopping centers are available for people who have reservation in the SQUARE App, as well as for those who come without it.

Finally, they pointed out that in Plaza Las Americas opened last week JcPenney, Macy’s, Sephora, Lenscrafters, and Red Lobster, among others, and there are already more than 180 stores open in this mall.

For its part, in Plaza Del Caribe has more than 80 stores, including JcPenney, Macy’s, White House/Black Market, Express, and Guys that opened this past weekend, making it easier for more people to manage the purchase of gifts for Fathers Day.
