In the post, an anonymous 4Chan user identifies himself as an alleged Konami employee. The self-proclaimed insider claims that Sony plans to launch the franchises Metal gear, Silent Hill and Castlevania from Konami to buy a series of exclusive games for Playstation 5 to create.
The post continues to state that Sony together with Hideo Kojima on a remake of Metal gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake want to work. Besides that a soft reboot of the “Silent Hill” series planned. Here, too, Sony is hoping for Kojima’s support. Finally, the post talks about it being a Complete reboot of the “Castlevania” series should give. In a “Twitter” post from November 2019, Hideo Kojima speaks of having to watch the scariest horror films around to be able to create the scariest horror game. The video game artist Masahiro Ito, the first four “Silent Hill” parts had tweeted in January: “I’m working on a title as a core member. I hope the title won’t be canceled. ” Many interpret this post as an indication that it again on a “Silent Hill” game work.
