Russia’s negotiations with Ukraine have not been easy, but the main thing is that they continue. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, NBC reports.
Peskov added that Russia would like to continue talks with Ukraine in Belarus, but Kyiv has opposed the idea.
Russia and Ukraine held several rounds of talks in Belarus last month before their delegation met live in Istanbul days ago.
