She indicated that it is preferable to add more calcium-containing foods to the usual diet, to relieve bone and joint pain.

Drinking water

She advised Pisareva to abandon tea and coffee after reaching the age of 50, and to replace these drinks with plain water to normalize the digestion process, which slows down over time.

She added that one of the benefits of blueberries for the elderly is that it can lower blood pressure and improve brain function, in addition to that it contains many beneficial micronutrients that affect the performance of the cardiovascular system.
