A 2,750 square meter supermarket under the Coop brand, a second sales area of 2,375 square meters reserved for the Fior Fiore line of the same large-scale retail chain, and two restaurants from the Roadhouse and Burger King chains. This should be the definitive configuration of the new shopping center on the former Flecchia area of Corso Vercelli in Ivrea, in the prison area, on which work has already started. It is being created by Novacoop and the opening should take place in summer 2024. Between all the activities it could provide work for around a hundred people. A new fuel station should also be built on the area, which covers approximately 38 thousand square metres.
