The Russian actress and blogger Nastasya Samburskaya, as well as her producer Viktor Drobysh, have been sued for stealing a poem.
It’s the fault of the song “Old”, which, under the production of Drobysh, Nastasya released three years ago, for her thirtieth birthday.
Today it became known that the poetess Anastasia Rybachuk filed a lawsuit against the stars of the Russian show business and claimed copyright infringement. According to the girl, Samburskaya and Drobysh stole her poem called “Dream” from the portal “Poetry.ru”.
The girl wants in court to recover from the perpetrators a million rubles for the illegal use of her work and 500 thousand rubles for moral damage. The Tagansky court registered the lawsuit in August 2019, but the hearings are adjourned all the time, informs news agency RNS.
The song Sambursky sings about the desire to grow older, become fat, stop “hide the wrinkles on the body” and drink wine.
It is known that this is not the first scandal in which Nastasya has been involved since the beginning of the year. Previously, the girl supported the statements of Regina Todorenko about the justification of domestic violence. According to her, women often themselves are responsible for the incidents.
Subsequently Samburskaya published a series of videos in which she admits in tears that her boyfriend beat her and advises women to “move away from abusers”.
