Cristiano Ronaldo writing a touching message is over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer fired Manchester United.
Solskjaer was officially sacked from Old Trafford less than a day after Man Utd suffered a humiliating 4-1 defeat to top team Watford.
Ronaldo, who once played with Solskjaer in the era of Sir Alex Ferguson, did not forget to write his farewells. He called Solskjaer an extraordinary human being.
“He has been my striker when I first came to Old Trafford and he has also been my coach since I came back to Man Utd,” Ronaldo said on his personal Twitter account.
“But, most importantly, Ole is an extraordinary human being. I wish him the best in whatever life has provided for him.”
Not to forget the player who is identical to CR7 also wishes Solskjaer success because he is considered worthy of it.
“Good luck, my friend! You deserve it!”
Solskjaer is the fourth manager to be sacked from Old Trafford after Alex Ferguson died. A series of world’s top coaches like Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho did not escape contract termination.
The patience of club officials finally ran out after Manchester United suffered a crushing defeat to Watford who are now perched in 14th position.
Several candidates have emerged. Brendan Rodgers, Zinedine Zidane, Erik ten Hag and Luis Enrique are on the list of potential coaches for the club nicknamed the Red Devils.
