In the night from Thursday to Friday, a man was stabbed to death in the street in Amsterdam-West, the law enforcement. The police haven’t arrested anyone yet.
At around 0.40 am, a stabbing incident was reported in front of a hostel and supermarket on Sara Burgerhartstraat. Another attempt was made to resuscitate the man, but he died of his injuries on the spot.
The police are present in the street for an investigation with detectives and specialists from the Forensic Investigation.
In connection with the investigation, the police are asking for witnesses and people with more information about what happened. People with visual material, for example from security cameras, are also asked to report.
